As I mentioned under messaging gripes, I took a picture with the camera in my LG camera phone and tried to send it to a friend who has the same phone, also on Tracfone. The phone burned through 150 units trying to send the MMS, and it still didn't go through. When I contacted Tracfone about the problem, I was originally told that I might be able to get my 150 units back, but was ultimately told that I would not. That's 150 units down the toilet, not cheap given Tracfone's not exactly low rates. Also, other prepaid services give credits when such things happen, so I don't see why Tracfone cannot be bothered to do so.
Let's discuss the problems that we've had with the Tracfone prepaid cellular telephone service. Please leave your comments on the quality of service as a comment on the appropriate entry, and the public exposure may prompt Tracfone to change its ways.
