I took a picture with the camera in my LG camera phone and tried to send it to a friend who has the same phone, also on Tracfone. The phone burned through 150 units trying to send the MMS, and it still didn't go through. It took Tracfone two days to get the problem fixed. As for getting my 150 minutes back, please see under problem resolution.
Let's discuss the problems that we've had with the Tracfone prepaid cellular telephone service. Please leave your comments on the quality of service as a comment on the appropriate entry, and the public exposure may prompt Tracfone to change its ways.
